This workout targets our foundation - Core/Legs! Expect body-weight exercises to help you gain endurance, balance and overall strength.
Perfect for all fitness levels and abilities. Modifications are always available. No class is ever the same.

This extraordinary class blends mobility, stability, flexibility and balance. Once this class is completed, you’ll feel like you had a full-body massage. Designed by Amy over 15 years ago, this class is sure to help all of us who suffer from tight hips, weak glutes and stress-filled shoulders. All ability levels encouraged - don’t let injuries keep you from this class. This is the one class NO ONE SHOULD MISS!

We will open up stubborn hips and heal the body from the inside out. All abilities welcome. This class is a first-come, first-serve class and fills at 8 people.
