Amy has been involved in competitive athletics and the fitness industry for over 22 years. She started competing in Triathlons at the age of 12 and has competed in several full Ironman Triathlons.

Amy started as a Swim Team Coach and Step Instructor when she was 16 years old in Maryland. Moving to Florida in 1999, brought on her love for Personal Training, Spin class instruction, HIIT class instruction and swim coaching for Triathletes. Amy also trained other Performance Coaches as a Master Trainer at IMG Academy. Yoga and dynamic movement/stability became a focus during her Ironman training and has been the forefront of her training since. Amy believes that injury prevention, balance, strength and movement are key to a healthy fitness lifestyle.

After opening her own gym in 2010, Amy’s goal was to bring a new approach to fitness….a more personal and dynamic way of training the body for just about anything!
