One of the huge benefits of Yoga has been it’s ability to calm the nervous system and remove people from areas of stress. Stress being a key contributor to chronic pain and disease in the past century.
What we observe when people move their body out of a stressful state is that the body relaxes allowing for increased flexibility in these areas as the brain realises that it is now safe to move into these new ranges.
With new range comes new responsibility however and some of you may have experienced as well as some of your students that although you can move incredibly well and flow from pose to pose elegantly, there can still be a lack of strength or pain.
Upgrade your Yoga intends to show you how to increase the strength of your yoga poses as well as educate on the transfer to daily life.


Most disciplines of health and fitness come from results. Regardless of how those results are measured from person to person, better results result in better retention and greater referral rate. The idea behind “Upgrade your yoga” is take disciplines that coincide with a yoga practice whilst not being commonly practiced among most studios to help you level up your practice and most importantly the practice of your students.

We believe there is no one programme that fits all, every single one of us are unique in our own right. We’ve developed a platform that provides a product that will never be replicated from one person to another, every single product that we offer is in some way bespoke to you. Anytime a new institution comes to market, the message is usually that this is THE way to train. It's very often a repackaged principal, sold as a new found method. Whilst we are advocates of anyway to get people more engaged in their health, at METHOD we ensure that there will be no overly complicated solutions. Simplicity in delivery and in execution.
