We surround all our athletes with the support and resources needed to surpass their goals and benefit their overall health for the long term. How do we do this? We have developed a process that we develop each athlete along, each evolving and being specific to each individual that we work with. A process could take between 2-4 months depending on the athlete, where we cycle them ensure optimum development.

In your one hour consultation, you’ll discuss your health history current goals with a qualified nutritionist. You’ll come away with a personalised nutrition protocol to follow to help you achieve your goals, whether it be fat loss, muscle gain or performance.

Nutrition is a personal journey, and often we need a highly personalised approach to create the best results. In MDN 1to1, we address your health from the ground up, looking at your hormones, gut health and bloodwork to create the most bespoke nutrition protocol. Once we collect the relevant lab work, we work together to create your personalised nutrition protocol to reach your goals. You’ll work exclusively with a nutritionist, with 24/7 support and zoom calls every two weeks.
