WHAT IS METHOD?

We are an investment into your health and wellness, not an expense. We provide you with over 15 years of coaching experience with a methodology to provide you with the full eco system and support to surpass your goals and live a long and healthy balanced lifestyle.
 
We work with a variety of people from mums to high level executives, teenage athletes to established personal trainers. Our team provide a bespoke solution for each individual. All our coaching packages have strict structure and progression in place for each and every client we work with.
 
Our relationships evolve from phase to phase to best suit the situation of our clients, ensuring we keep you progressing as efficiently as possible with the challenges and hurdles that life throws at us.

COACHING RELATIONSHIP

Our coaches are trained and experienced in developing an effective client relationship. Our goal starts with you and ends with you, which is why the relationship we develop is at the heart of how we progress you along your programme.

HEALTH AND WELLNESS

We don’t simply take into consideration what you do in the gym. We focus on your stress, sleep, nutrition, habits, family, lifestyle and more when constructing your programme. What you do in the gym plays a small part in achieving long term health, performance and general wellness.

ASSESSMENT

We have strict structure in place for every single client, assessment plays a big role in making sure we have a measurable in place so we are progressing you in the most efficient way possible. If we are not progressing or regularly reassessing how you are doing, then we are not doing our job.

"Having spent most of my adult life playing professional rugby, keeping fit and healthy has always been high on my list of priorities, especially now I'm getting a little older. My programmes have always been individually tailored to accommodate long-standing stability issues caused by injuries and multiple surgeries. I wasn't sure where I would find this now I have retired.......then I was introduced to Mike.

Mikes ability to take a holistic view and combine that with what I want shines through in all the individually tailored programmes he writes for me. I genuinely get excited every time I see a new session has been posted. Because of his programming, I'm now functionally a better human being. The improvement in my quality of movement and my functional fitness has had a positive impact in and out of the gym. I have made huge strides in terms of my physical performance on the gym floor but more importantly in terms of physical wellbeing. COACH SAM

Engineering background with a passion for human mechanics and performance. Sam is always seeking ways to develop incremental gains in his clients overall health and wellbeing, achieving their goals in the most efficient way possible with the resources available to you. His coaching is bias in areas of strength and lactic threshold, you could almost call it NFL style training with an after taste of some pretty decent aesthetics. The challenge is achieving an efficient mind set, healthy lifestyle habits, realistic expectations and a coaching relationship where anything is achievable and challenges become opportunities that we can tackle together.

COACH MIKE

Taking a holistic approach to performance in both mental and physical capacities to find what is important to you? Let’s work together to elevate the goals and values that are important to you both through training but an assessment of your lifestyle, nutrition and well-being. Specialising in strength and conditioning along with joint health management to ensure a pain free approach to fitness, we will be working closely together on a strong coach client bond to ensure good communication and realistic targets.

COACH STEVE

Steve is a Functional Diagnostic Nutrition Practitioner (FDN-P). Over the past ten years, he’s helped hundreds of people from around the world loose fat, build muscle, and live healthy, happy lives. Steve loves to geek out with macros, hormone and gut health, but where he really makes a difference is by using a humanistic approach to help you create healthy habits that last.
